Come join us for a special event where we will explore the connection between faith and movement. Through gentle exercises and meditation, we will seek God’s guidance in our physical and spiritual journey. This in-person event will take place at North Meadow in Piedmont Park, a peaceful venue perfect for introspection and growth. Let’s move together in faith and grace!

Agenda

Welcome and Group Prayer: Begin with a communal prayer to invite God's presence.

Introduction to the Day’s Scripture: Delve into a selected Bible verse, exploring its relevance to our lives.

Gentle Warm-Up and Breathwork: Perform gentle movements while breathing deeply to warm up the muscles and mind for the day's God Flow.

God Flow and Guided Meditation: Engage in a series of deep stretches and gentle movements, suitable for all fitness levels, while experiencing a calming meditation focusing on the day's scripture. Foster well-being, inner peace and spiritual connection.

Closing Prayer and Reflection: Open reflection on God's word, thoughts on scripture and daily application with our lives. End with a communal prayer.

Fellowship and Refreshments: Enjoy Lavender Hibiscus Iced Tea and assorted treat while connecting with fellow participants.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat or towel
• Knee pads if necessary
• Comfortable clothing suitable for stretching
• Optional: Phone or noteboook and writing utensil for notes
• Open heart and mind
• Love and curiosity for God

Registration: Spaces are limited to ensure an intimate experience. Please register in advance to secure your spot.

Paid parking at the parking garage (number 23 on map) or you are welcome to park for FREE on the street and walk over. See map for the closest entrances to North Meadow, Piedmont Park (Multi-use field) where we will meet.

• 31 Enter at Westminster Dr entrance and walk down to North Meadow, Piedmont Park (Multi-use field)
• 32 Enter at Dutch Valley gate, continue onto Piedmont Park Trail, cross the wooden bridge towards North Meadow, Piedmont Park (Multi-use field). Street parking may be available on Dutch Valley Pl NE.
• 36 Enter Monroe Dr gate, keep right on Piedmont Park Trail. Walk towards North Meadow, Piedmont Park (Multi-use field).
