Faith + Fitness Bootcamp

This Faith + Fitness Bootcamp is a 90-minute experience for women who want to grow stronger, physically and spiritually.

We’ll start with a time of prayer and scripture to center our hearts, then move into a workout focused on Core + Cardio . It’s open to all fitness levels —whether you’re just getting started or you’re a gym regular, you’re welcome here.

But this isn’t just about the workout.

As 1 Timothy 4:8 (CSB) reminds us:“For the training of the body has limited benefit, but godliness is beneficial in every way, since it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.”

We spend so much energy trying to feel strong and look good , but if we’re spiritually empty what are we really gaining?

Just like physical strength takes effort and consistency so does growing in godliness. And without Christ at the center, even our best fitness goals can feel empty.

This space is about more than movement, it’s about seeking God first, growing in faith, and building community with other women walking the same path.

We’d love for you to join us to move, pray, connect, and grow together as we learn to steward our bodies and spirits well.
