This Faith-Based Functional Medicine Intro Class will help you sort through the overwhelming noise surrounding healthy living, leaving you encouraged and equipped to take the next steps toward the abundant life God has for you.
We will discuss basic functional medicine principles and why things like gut health and the gut-brain connection are important. We will also discuss how we can approach functional medicine from a Christ-centered perspective. Practical action steps in 7 foundational aspects of health will be provided to help everyone find a place to start. It will be a wonderful time of growth and encouragement together!
