August 16: End of Summer Celebration & Sidewalk Book Sale. 11am – 2pm.
It’s the final day of Summer Quest! All Summer Quest participation and Summer Basket Raffle winners will be drawn during this event. Need not be present to win. Completed READO and READOPOLY cards must be turned in by 12PM on August 16th to be eligible for drawings. Summer Basket Raffle chances will be sold up until the time of the drawing (around 1PM.) Purchase chances at the circulation desk; 5 for $5 or 15 for $10. Cash or check only, please.
Shop our Sidewalk Book Sale, as early as 10AM, for some great back to school reads.
11:30AM- 12:30PM, Enjoy an enchanting magic show with returning magician Joel Delgado.
Free. Open to all ages. No registration is necessary to attend; however, this event is specifically geared to anyone participating in MCL's Summer Quest for tickets and prizes. #BasicLiteracy
