Failing is a fine skill. In this session, we will discuss why it is important to fail, how we can get the most out of our failures, and how to combat the fear of failure in our personal and work lives. Best of all, we will practice failing! Want to see Melanie swim the butterfly stroke? (Too bad, because she can’t do it.) Bring something you’re not good at, and we will cheer on your fabulous failures!
