Join us on April 21 from 9 AM to 12 PM at AFIC@MCO for an interactive branding workshop designed for food entrepreneurs, farmers, small business owners, and early‑stage producers. Dr. Molly Jensen, Teaching Associate Professor and Assistant Chair of the Marketing Department at the University of Arkansas, brings decades of marketing experience and a deep passion for helping small business owners succeed. Dr. Jensen returns as a guest speaker to guide participants through practical steps to develop a strong and authentic brand without overspending.
During this workshop, participants will learn how to define their brand story, values, and target market, as well as the importance of choosing an effective business or product name. Hands‑on exercises include drafting key messages and preparing to work effectively with graphic designers. Every participant will leave with a customized mini marketing plan aligned with their goals and budget. Optional office hours with Dr. Jensen will be available following the workshop.
