The Department of Music & Theatre invites you to Echoes of Love & Homeland featuring Bowen Liu, piano and Mikayla Liu, soprano. Journey through the Romantic spirit of Clara and Robert Schumann, alongside the lyrical beauty of the Brahms's lieder – portraits of love, longing, and poetic imagination. Then, focus eastward with Chinese folk songs and the evocative piano works of contemporary composer An-lun Huang, weaving together tradition and modern artistry in a celebration of cultural resonance.
