ABOUT Sophia:
Sophia Lopez serves as Director of Marketing and Community Relations for LCL Food Services, a family owned and operated McDonald’s organization with restaurants throughout South and Central Florida. In her role, she leads marketing initiatives, community engagement efforts, and strategic partnerships that strengthen connections between their restaurants and the local communities they serve.
Sophia earned her degree in Advertising and Psychology from the University of Miami, combining a passion for communication, consumer behavior, and relationship-building throughout her career.
Outside of work, Sophia enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, a seven-year-old daughter and a five-year-old son. She is an avid tennis player, a mahjong addict, and is always looking for the next opportunity to connect with others both professionally and personally.

LCL Food Services was founded by Leo and Cindy Lopez in 1989 with the purchase of one McDonald’s restaurant in Orlando, Florida. From there, the company has steadily grown over the years. In 2012, their son Anthony joined the business, and today they own and operate 24 McDonald’s restaurants in both the South and Central Florida areas.
Our business has grown and evolved, but our approach has never changed: take care of our people and take care of our guests. Our primary goal is to execute at the highest level through outstanding operations and strive to deliver Quality, Service and Cleanliness to every single customer who visits our restaurants.
Our growth and success would have never been possible if it wasn’t for our outstanding team. With the help and dedication of our managers, crew, and office staff, LCL has become what it is today, a company that we are immensely proud of.
