F45 CLEARWATER HALFROX
Saturday, July 25- 7am -11am
Race-style fitness, half the distance, all the intensity. HALFROX puts you through all 8 official HYROX stations at half the distance, each one preceded by a 500m run — half the standard 1km, but every bit the challenge.
What is HALFROX?
A scaled-down HYROX simulation built to test endurance, strength, and grit. You'll run 500m 8 times, hitting all 8 HYROX stations in between at half distance (with official weights where applicable). It's the HYROX format made more approachable without losing the challenge.
How to Compete
- Solo
- Doubles (mixed or same-sex) — one ticket covers both teammates
This event is for you if:
- You're training for HYROX Tampa and want a real simulation run
- You're curious about HYROX and want to try it before going all in
- You want a new way to push yourself, physically and mentally, in a room full of people doing the same
- You competed in our June event and want to beat your time ;)
Event Format
- Half-distance HYROX: 500m runs + scaled stations
- Solo or doubles
- Heats every 8 minutes
- Coaches on-site running standards, pacing, and hype
The Workout, In Order
Each station follows a 500m run:
- SkiErg (500m) — full-body warm-up to the engine
- Sled Push (25m) — strength and leg drive
- Sled Pull (25m) — grip and posterior chain
- Burpee Broad Jumps (40m) — explosive power, mental grit
- Row (500m) — cardio under fatigue
- Farmer's Carry (100m) — core and grip
- Sandbag Lunges (50m) — balance and resilience
- Wall Balls (50 reps) — the finisher
What to Expect
A true HYROX-style race, scaled so every fitness level can compete. Music, coaching, community energy, and a real benchmark for where you stand heading into October.
