Kids Can Native Planting Workshop
About this Event
Join Keep Pinellas Beautiful in partnership with City of Clearwater for a native planting and educational event at Moccasin Lake Nature Park!
This event is designed for youth and their families. Educational lessons will highlight the importance of native plants and demonstrate proper in-ground planting techniques. Participants will also take part in a watershed lesson, where they will learn what a watershed is, explore how different types of pollution affect watershed health, and observe a hands-on watershed model demonstration that brings these concepts to life.
