Get ready to sweat it out at our Half Hyrox event! Join us for a high-energy event that will leave you feeling pumped and ready to conquer Hyrox Ottawa in May. Don't miss out on the opportunity to challenge yourself and have a blast with our F45 community. See you there!
What to Expect:
- 8 HYROX Stations (1/2 distance)
- 7 Outdoor Runs (500 metres)
- Sled weight 78 kg for females , 103 kg for males (push & pull)
- Most stations will be completed indoors, and runs will be outdoors
- Participants will move in waves of 2 people maximum
- The time you book on Eventbrite, is your start time. Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to warm up and be ready at your assigned start time.

- Registration and payment is required to secure your spot. Only available through Eventbrite.
