Hijabi Ballers presents the Spring 2026 F Series - Functional Training For Women!
Join us on Thurdays, May 7-28th, 6:30-8:30pm at LPS Athletics for a fun and empowering workout session designed specifically for women and led by our muslim female certified coaches. Get ready to break a sweat, build strength, and improve your overall fitness in a supportive and inclusive environment. Expert coaching from Muslim female trainers mentored and trained by FitSquad, a supportive sisterhood, and a healthy snack bar at every single session! Prerequisites for Intermediate Cohort: To ensure the best experience, participants should have at least 6 months of consistent strength training experience and a functional understanding of the following movement patterns:
- Squat (Air squat, goblet, or back squat)
- Hip Hinge (Deadlifts or kettlebell swings)
- Upper Body Pressing (Overhead or bench press)
- Upper Body Pulls (Rows or pull-ups)
