Having taught Reiki & Seichim (also spelled SEKHEM) for over a decade, I am beyond excited to bring Patrick Zeigler himself, who rediscovered Seichim energy in the Great Pyramid of Giza in the early ’80s, directly to you.
This first-ever 4-day workshop with Patrick in the Energy Enhancement System is limited to 14 participants (plus staff), ensuring a deeply personal, immersive experience.

Day 1
Introduction to the SEKHEM Energy and All-Love System on the Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Levels. The Mastery of the Heart - A Guide to Happiness.
What is the SEKHEM Initiation?
Preparation to receive the SEKHEM Energy. Are you ready to upgrade your Heart to the frequency of Love?
Learn the Step by step process of the SEKHEM Initiation. Experience a New Consciousness- Immortality and Deep Peace with Integration and Safe Space to express and anchor the experience.
SHENU - What is SHENU Meditation and how does it work in our system? We will discuss the benefits of daily practice and how to incorporate this new awareness beyond practice. Step by step, this experience connects you to your essence, which is pure and immortal.
The Practical Guide to Emotional Releases - FEEL, EXPERIENCE and TRANSFORM. Why are we continually recreating the quest for the Pure Heart?
Volunteer - Patrick will work one by one with participants who volunteer giving them the opportunity to allow each to work on their issues.
How to activate the internal state of the Observer. In addition to new content, there will be many hands-on activities.
Homework - Infinity Meditation: activity for you to practice overnight that will prepare you for the second day.
Day 2
We opened the morning with sharing of our experiences from the previous day, feedback on Infinity Meditation, questions and answers. Agenda will follow the flow guided by the group. The work is all built based on the needs that the group brings to that second day. Following the energy flow of the group, some of these activities can be experienced that day: Some of these techniques and meditations maybe worked on during the All-Love experience:

Day 3
We continue with the learning and training from day 2:
Meditation on Activation of Energy Points in the physical body;
All-Love Breathing;
Mental Reset;
Inner Sound Meditation.

Step by Step for All-Love Individual Session;
Cold Water Meditation;
Fire Meditation;
Meditation on Activation of Energy Points in the physical body;
All-Love Breathing;
Mental Reset;
Inner Sound Meditation.
Day 4
Introduction to All-Love Breathing. What are the benefits of conscious breathing practice and how to ground the new awareness that this exercise brings into your system.
What is ALL-LOVE BREATHING?
How does the practice work? Using the breath is one of the most important ways to get in touch with your body and your feelings. You should be comfortably lying on your back. Breathing step by step: Eyes open and fixed on a point above the head. Breathe through your mouth and feel the breath go down your throat, filling your entire lung and your entire abdomen. Take full, natural and rhythmic breaths, trying to observe it at the same time between exhalation and inspiration. Visualize the chest and abdomen as if they were a vessel and the breath as water being placed into that vessel. Each breath is like a glass of water being poured into the vase. Allow yourself to feel each breath as it descends through your throat to the Solar-Umbilical Plexus. Feel all physical emotions, including the texture, temperature, and humidity of the breath. Continue breathing focusing only on your breath for an hour at a time.
Note: be aware of some things that can happen:
- Your body may try to distract you. You may feel like moving, scratching, changing position. Do not allow yourself to be distracted. Focus on your breath so you don't miss a single breath.
- As you breathe in, your whole being will begin to expand and relax. When this happens, you can either leave the body, or simply sleep, which will cause you to lose your concentration on the breath. For this reason, it is important, at least for the first few times, that you have a partner. The partner/observer will sit next to you and help you stay focused and not miss any breaths. Make no mistake, you can be deeply irritated by your observer if he/she is doing his/her job perfectly. It's up to him/her to bring you back into focus, remind you to fill out both your chest and abs, help you not move, keep you awake and present.
- Where there is blockage, the entry of Sekhem energy can bring discomfort. It is common and normal for the limbs to stiffen, this can bring physical pain to you, causing an alkalization of the body and consequently cramps in the face, hands, legs and parts where blockages are usually established. Keep breathing and try to bring the energy to where there is stiffening. You might want to move at this point. Remain attentive to the breath.
- You may also have some repressed memories and or emotions that want to be released. Return your attention to your breath. Allow emotions to be released only after a minimum of 50 minutes. If you can hold your focus and your breath for an hour, you can experience a great expansion of consciousness and many different dimensions. You can experience Nothingness, the state of Empty Mind, Stillness, Deep Peace, which some describe as the State of Samadhi.

Important Notes: the schedule may change according to the needs of the group. There will be short breaks in the morning and afternoon and an hour and a half break for a light lunch. We recommend each participant to bring their light food to enjoy on site and avoid moving during the lunch break, as it is important to reserve this time to rest due to the intense work that you may experience during the 4 days.
