✨In-Person Offering✨ 🦋💓This guided ceremony is for anyone who struggles with being themselves, feeling seen, or speaking their truth. Wounds to expression are related to the throat chakra and in this ceremony you will be guided to let go of any blocks in this area and tap into your inner well-spring of joy.
On this journey, you will move from feeling small, limited, fearful of what you have to share and say into confident, joyful, and connected with your true authentic self.
We will begin by drinking heart opening cacao with a guided meditation to release expression wounds. There will be time for journaling with guided prompts to help you identify blockages to expression. Next, I will guide you through a yoga dance where you have the opportunity to follow along with my dance moves or create your own. Following the dance you will lay down and listen to crystal sound bowls to relax and restore the body.
