Express Childbirth Class (Saturday, In Person)

A condensed version of the 4-week course all in one day for your convenience. We will cover all topics and help you create a birth plan.
About this Event

Our Express Childbirth class prepares parents-to-be for pregnancy, labor, delivery and newborn care. Simply knowing what to expect can help ease much of the apprehension and concern associated with having a baby.

We will cover the same topics as the four-week course, but in a condensed fashion: signs of labor, when to come to the hospital, pain control options and how to create your birth plan. This includes a tour of the unit.

This class is offered the 3rd Saturday of each month from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. A lunch break will be from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.

Cost is $30, and covers the mother-to-be and one support person.
