Wetland Education Training for Calgary Teachers Grades 3-6
Get ready to dive into the wonders of wetlands with our in-person wetland educational training for teachers! Join Ducks Unlimited Canada (DUC) at the Weaselhead Flats Natural Environment Park for an afternoon of wetland educational activities. This event is specially designed for Calgary teachers working with students in grades 3-6. Come and discover how to make wetland education fun, engaging and safe for your students. Curriculum connections include animal structures and functions, animal and plant interactions, wetland ecosystems and wetland biodiversity. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect to a local wetland and learn how to create meaningful nature-based experiences for your students.
