In a playful and experimental way we will explore how we can put our head on the floor and move towards standing on it. We will consider the effects and benefits of this unusual, inverted position on our balance, stability, posture, breathing and self-image. The journey will be much more important however than the destination and everyone will explore at their own pace following their sensations of ease and comfort.
