This workshop invites you to explore the intelligence of the solar plexus energy centre through movement, breath, sensation and embodied awareness to support confidence, clarity, direction and our capacity to take aligned action.
When excessive, we may push or strive from urgency, pressure or the need to prove ourselves. When underactive, we may feel hesitant, disconnected from direction, or unsure of our inner voice.
As energy builds and brightens this workshop invites you to reconnect with your inner fire in a way that feels steady, sustainable and supportive to the nervous system.
Join me for an immersive experience using gentle yet powerful movement, breath, meditation and sensory exploration. We’ll work with the sense of sight — exploring light, colour and focus to deepen connection to perception, clarity and how we see ourselves and the world.
