Exploring Strength Based Practice

Sister Carmen Community Center invites you to join us for Exploring Strengths-Based Practice(c), designed and facilitated by, Andrea Ostroy. This is an interactive and explority workshop focusing on embedding a strengths-based lens into all areas of practice.

Workers will learn how to uncover and integrate a broader array of strengths and partner with families to build the confidence and skills needed to reach their aspirations.

Attendees will have the opportunity to examine scenarios, enhance self-awareness, and learn how to apply this approach to enrollments, assessments, participant debriefs and program frameworks.

This workshop will cover:

• Reframing
• Culture & resilience
• Values and beliefs
• Integration
