If you love happy accidents and creative exploration, this workshop is for you! 🎭✨
Join artist Kathy Fejes as she guides you through constructing armatures and layering plaster cloth to create unique sculptures. Whether you want to build from scratch or use pre-made patterns (boats, small houses), you'll learn techniques for adding texture, embedding objects, and sealing your work. Bonus demonstrations on applying mache’ or paperclay overlays will inspire future enhancements!
Materials Provided: Plaster cloth, wire, masking tape, beads, and foam shapes.
What to Bring: Newspaper or packing paper for stuffing armatures and any embellishments (sticks, stones, thread, raffia, etc.).
