Through theatre techniques from Boal, Grotowski and others, this workshop explores physical connection to internal and external impulses. Experience movement and breath exercises that encourage deeper self-awareness and connection. This workshop involves some partner activities, so feel free to bring a friend if you'd like to team up with someone specific.
