Maria a certified personal trainer with expertise in pre- and post-natal training will lead a session on "Staying Active and Eating Healthy During and After Pregnancy." She’ll cover safe exercises for each stage of pregnancy the benefits of physical activity for both mothers and babies tips for improving posture and preventing common issues and guidance on healthy eating. Maria will also provide practical advice for creating balanced routines to fit the busy lifestyle of a mom.
