Offered in Loudoun County, Virginia, generously supported by the Mars Foundation, this unique 3-session workshop is a collaboration with Holistic Horsemanship Counseling Services 501C3 designed specifically for adults navigating grief. Everyone processes loss in their own way — this experience helps you explore your personal journey through hands-on interaction with horses in a peaceful farm setting.
Through Equine-Assisted Learning, you’ll gain insight into how you face challenges, respond to obstacles, and engage with support. You’ll learn when to lead, when to walk alongside, and when to step back and simply be present — without judgment.
Activities include horse grooming, leading, and navigating an obstacle course, guided by skilled facilitators in a supportive and reflective environment.
