Let's go to the famous western ghats trek nestled in the Tamhini Wildlife preserve trek called Andharban. The name in Marathi, literally translates to the dark forest, where dark symbolises the dense part of the forest connecting small hamlets ahead of Mulshi Lake to the rolling hills of Konkan.
The thick forested path that takes you across the western ghats to the plains of Konkan through this beautiful terrain that has panoramic waterfalls, dense forest trails and absolutely stunning views of the Kundalika Valley.
Feel alive once again on this amazing trek with the plethora of green shades and gushing waterfalls.

Things to carry:
1) Trekking bag for all your belongings to carry during the trek (must have double shoulder straps). Can be left in the bus, need not be carried for the trek.
2) Trash Bag/Plastic bag for carrying worn/wet clothes.
3) Camouflage / Light colored clothing pref. dry fit clothes with one spare set to change into after the trek.
4) Good hiking or sports shoes (make sure your shoes are intact and there aren’t any worn out edges) you can carry an additional pair of sandals or crocs.

This trek has been carefully planned with our local guides who make daily visits to the forests for cattle grazing as a part of their livelihood. Our lunch will be arranged by them in a clean sanitized home fitted with clean washrooms.
IMPORTANT:
Please take care of all your belongings, you can leave your bags in the bus during the trek, it will be kept very safe.
Notify us immediately in case of any medical emergency.
We do not provide and encourage carrying any alcoholic drinks or substance; you will be at your own responsibility to leave the trek if found under any influence, without any refund and costs that may occur for your departure.
Adventure camping and outdoor sports/ recreation is purely for nature lovers and not for party groups; we respect nature and do our best to spread awareness about wilderness conservation.
Historic forts hold pride and valor for those who ruled there and we request you to show some respect by not indulging in any activity that will be disrespectful towards the historic figures and the present community living there.
Be sure that you are responsible for your own personal belongings
We like to keep the wildlife wild. We follow - leave no trace policy, we request you to carry your trash until we find a proper disposal bin.
