• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance
• Non-payment by the final deadline will result in automatic cancellation
• Stalls are non-transferable and non-refundable after confirmation
• The organizers will provide basic stall setup; any special customization is to be arranged by the brand
• Food and beverage brands must have FSSAI licenses
• Brands must ensure cleanliness discipline and respect for cultural sentiments
