In this program we will be introduced to different sacred tones and mantras along with techniques that can focus in on healing balancing emotions and calming the mind.

Along with talking about the benefits of meditation we also will practice this during the classes to give you an experience of traversing the inner realms of your consciousness.
Over the 5 week period we will be introducing different forms of meditation each one having a specific purpose.
