Experience University Day - Gosford Campus
About this Event
The Centre of Excellence for Equity in Higher Education is hosting an on-campus experience day for children and young people who have an Out of Home Care experience. Spend the day exploring the world of health and science at our new Gosford Campus. Students will visit the molecular laboratory, chat with an anatomy professor, and connect with staff from the School of Psychology to learn what studying health and science at university is really like.
This is a free event with morning tea and lunch provided. Extended family members, friends and support people are very welcome to attend. As are staff from OOHC and community agencies.
Please note: While University staff will be present to provide support and supervise activities, we are not able to take responsibility for individual attendees. Children under 16 are required to attend with a responsible adult.
Please register to help with catering, and so that we can send you more detailed information about the day itself. For more information, questions or assistance to attend contact Jace Blunden - [email protected] or on 0419422353
