Experience Adaptive Organisations — A Hands-On Day in Stuttgart

On 23 October in Stuttgart, we're opening a working day to people who want to understand and experience first-hand what an adaptive organisation is — and how we, as the Society for Adaptive Organisations, understand and support them.

You'll spend the day working through real, practical tools used in building and evolving adaptive organisations, guided by experienced practitioners. No prior knowledge needed: the goal is to give you a genuine feel for what adaptiveness looks like and how it works, so you can judge for yourself whether it's relevant to you or your organisation.

What to expect

• A practical, hands-on introduction to adaptive organisations
• Real tools you put to work yourself
• Bring your case! We create the space to apply insights to your organisation.
• Food and drinks on us 🙂

Good to know

• Free to attend, but places are limited — please register early
• Hosted by the Society for Adaptive Organisations
