Join us for a soulful morning of reflection, intention and connection overlooking Bondi Beach.

EXPAND is designed to help you step out of your day-to-day routine, reconnect with your vision and create space for new possibilities. Through a series of thoughtfully guided journalling prompts, you'll explore where you are today, where you want to go, and what may be holding you back from taking your next step.

Whether you're navigating a life transition, working towards a goal, building a dream or simply craving time to reconnect with yourself, this workshop offers a supportive space to slow down, reflect and gain clarity.
