About this Event
Join Soul Social Club (@soulsocial.collective), Sea Sculpt Pilates (@seasculptpilates) and Clare Schimpl (@clareschimpl) for a beautiful morning of movement, reflection and connection at Bondi Beach.
Created to bring like-minded women together, CONNECTED is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself, your community and what matters most.
The morning will begin with an energising Pilates flow led by Belle from Sea Sculpt Pilates, followed by ALIGN, a guided journalling workshop with Holly from Soul Social Club designed to help you gain clarity, reconnect with your intentions and create space for what's next.
Together, we'll move, reflect and connect through meaningful conversation, intentional practices and shared experiences.
