About this Event

Expand & Embody is a FREE outdoor yoga series rooted in the belief that yoga isn’t just something we do on the mat. It’s a practice that helps us move through life with greater awareness, resilience, and ease.

Each class explores a different theme through intentional movement, breath, and reflection, creating space to strengthen both the body and the nervous system. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, you’ll be guided through an experience designed to leave you feeling more grounded, more present, and more capable of meeting life beyond the mat.

Class 7: Expanding (Crown Chakra)
Our seventh class explores the Crown Chakra, the energy center associated with awareness, purpose, and connection. While expansion is often thought of as reaching for something beyond ourselves, it begins by recognizing that we are already connected - to ourselves, to one another, and to the world around us. Through intentional movement, breath, and mindful awareness, we’ll explore what it means to create space for greater presence, perspective, and possibility.

What to Expect

• A 60-minute all-levels yoga class
• Breath-centered movement
• Beginner-friendly instruction with modifications
• A welcoming and supportive community
• Time to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy practicing outdoors

What to Bring

• Yoga mat
• Water
• Comfortable clothing you can move in
• Sunscreen and/or a towel if desired

Before You Come

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled
