Exhale: Breathwork & Sound Healing
About this Event
Feeling tense? Anxious? Overstimulated and craving a reset?
Breathwork and sound healing offer a way to downshift your nervous system — releasing stored tension, easing anxious energy, and giving your body permission to finally exhale. Join us for a 90-minute somatic breathwork and sound healing journey designed to help you release tension, process stored emotion, and reconnect with a sense of ease.
Our breathwork journey will be practiced to an uplifting playlist to support moving stagnant energy. Then, we'll transition into a restorative sound bath layered with singing bowls and mantra, designed to guide you into deep relaxation.
No experience is necessary — just an open mind and a willingness to feel.
What To Expect:
- Guided somatic breathwork practice
- Live sound healing with singing bowls
- Time for gentle integration and reflection
- A calm, supportive group space
What To Bring:
- A yoga mat
- A water bottle
- Comfortable clothing you can breathe easily in
- A lipbalm or chapstick
- An eye mask (optional)
A Note on Breathwork: This practice can bring up strong physical and emotional sensations. It's not recommended if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, or certain mental health conditions — if you're unsure whether this practice is right for you, please reach out before booking.
Space is limited to keep the group intimate. Reserve your spot today - let's exhale together!
