Exhale And Expand: A Reiki Infused Gong & Crystal Bowl Sound Journey

Please bring your yoga mat, pillow, and/or blanket to create a nest of comfort. You’re welcome to bring crystals and extra water bottles to charge during the immersion.

Join us for a deeply restorative sound journey designed to help you release, reset, and return to center.

This experience invites you to exhale what you’ve been carrying and gently expand back into your body, your breath, and your being — supported by the powerful vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls, and Reiki energy.

The Experience

The immersion unfolds in two intentional phases:

• Gong Sound Journey — guiding the nervous system into a meditative, receptive state and supporting deep release

• Crystal Singing Bowls — harmonizing and rebalancing the chakras, restoring energetic flow and coherence

Reiki will be woven throughout the experience to support physical, emotional, and energetic balance.

It is within the cells of the body that emotional stress and lived experience are often held. Through sound, vibration, and energy work, we create space to release what no longer serves, allowing clarity, lightness, and renewed vitality to emerge.

As the body settles into an ultra-relaxed brainwave state, many experience sensations of warmth, insight, emotional release, or deep peace — each journey unfolding exactly as it’s meant to.

Diana is a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Instructor certified in Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra. She is a sound practitioner trained in Crystal Singing Bowls and Gongs, with certifications through My Vinyasa Practice, Michelle Bunting, and advanced gong training programs.
