INTRODUCTION TO MILSIM AIRSOFT 🔥
Mad Capybaras will be running an introduction to military simulation airsoft (MilSim) on Saturday, June 13th at HN Field, Greenhithe.
This activity is aimed both at people who have never played airsoft before and would like to experience how the hobby works in a relaxed and guided environment, as well as players with experience in other airsoft styles who want to learn more about the MilSim approach.
Unlike a traditional game day, this event will be entirely focused on practical exercises and hands-on learning. We will form teams and conduct a variety of standard activities commonly used during MilSim events, including:
• Patrolling
• Defensive positions
• Ambushes
• Team movement
• Basic communication and coordination
Before each exercise we will explain the rules, objectives, and recommended techniques. After each activity we will hold a short debrief where we will share experiences, discuss mistakes and successes, and provide advice on how to improve before moving on to the next scenario or repeating the exercise under different conditions.
Attendees will receive a basic guide to help familiarize themselves with the rules and procedures we commonly use.
Pricing: • $30 general participation
• +$30 replica rental and BBs (for those who do not have their own equipment)
