Ballantyne Square Team Up 2 Clean Up - 20 Jun 2026 (Saturday)
About this Event
Kia Mataoho – Matariki @ Dominion Road
Join us for a special Matariki celebration event to learn about Matariki and the stars while taking part in fun and meaningful mini street clean-ups. ✨
Meeting Point:
Ballantyne Square, Mount Eden, Auckland
Mini Team Up to Clean Up (T2C) Activities
We will have three Mini T2C sessions starting at:
- 1:00pm
- 2:00pm
- 3:00pm
Starting from Ballantyne Square, participants can join any of the three Mini T2C sessions depending on their availability. Each session will explore nearby street sections as part of a mini version of our well-known Team Up to Clean Up anti-litter programme.
After the clean-up, participants will return to the meeting point to take part in litter sorting and learn more about waste segregation and sustainability. 🌱
This special Team Up 2 Clean Up event is organised by Welcoming Communities and Earth Action Trust as part of the Matariki celebrations at Dominion Road.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step away from the same-old routine, meet new people, exchange ideas, enjoy light exercise, and most importantly make a positive difference to our community and environment.
All cleaning tools will be provided.
