Build focus. Create structure. Feel more in control.
About this Event

Do you feel overwhelmed by daily responsibilities, struggle with follow-through, procrastinate despite good intentions, or feel scattered and disorganized? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

This weekly, in-person executive functioning skills group for adults offers practical tools, guided support, and a judgment-free space to strengthen focus, organization, time management, and emotional regulation. You’ll learn how executive functioning works, why certain tasks feel so hard, and what actually helps.

Each week, you’ll gain real-life strategies you can use immediately—at work, at home, and in your personal goals—while connecting with others who truly understand what you’re navigating.

What You’ll Gain
  • Improved focus, follow-through, and productivity
  • Tools for time management, planning, and organization
  • Strategies to reduce overwhelm, procrastination, and mental clutter
  • Stronger emotional regulation and stress management
  • Increased motivation, confidence, and self-trust
  • Weekly accountability and supportive check-ins
  • The power of shared learning and peer encouragement

Learning alongside others creates motivation, connection, and normalization. You’ll gain insight from shared experiences, celebrate progress together, and stop feeling like you’re “behind” or “broken.” Executive functioning challenges are common—and manageable with the right tools and support.

This group is facilitated by Bianca, an Executive Function and Parenting Coach with a background in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy. Bianca specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals navigating ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, and daily life overwhelm. Her approach integrates neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and practical executive functioning strategies to help participants build sustainable structure, confidence, and self-trust in a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming environment.
