A five course Greek themed meal Amuse Bouche: Whipped feta with pita chips and fresh veggies
Appetizer: Spanakopita made with phylo, spinach, feta cheese, onions, and fresh parsley, dill, and mint
Soup: Avgolemono Soup A hearty chicken soup made with celery, carrots, onions, fresh lemon, shredded chicken, and fresh dill and oregano
Salad: A Greek salad with mixed greens, feta cheese, red onions, grape tomatoes, mixed olives, cucumbers, green peppers, and a fresh greek dressing with lemon and oregano
