New Year Gong Puja Details

Check-in for the Gong Puja at 5 PM drop off your belongings and settle in. Enjoy your nourishing dinner at 5:30 PM then be ready to enter the event space by 7:30 PM fully prepared for the transformative experience.

Before the Gong Puja begins we’ll embark on a journey through Pranayama heart-opening Cacao Ceremony and transformative Inner Dance to prepare your body and spirit.

Guided by Gong Master Don Conreaux’s wisdom this 7.5-hour Gong experience will cleanse and unblock lingering energy empowering you for the year ahead. The sound of the gong will provide deep healing and rejuvenation supported by Reiki practitioners. Wake up to gentle yoga stretches that will ground and rejuvenate you.

Finish the event with an optional sharing circle and a wholesome breakfast embracing the renewal that awaits you in 2025.
