Join us for a night of empowerment and expansion! At Saturday Night Heart Camp, we will activate our energy and share space through embodied practices and group sharing. Bring an open heart, curiosity, kindness, and authenticity—plus any ideas or questions you have!

Come as you are! Whether you come solo or with a partner, we offer both group and individual exercises. Solo participants will have the chance to pair up for group activities, while couples can choose to participate together or mix with others.
