Dieser Workshop richtet sich an alle, die japanischen Tee nicht nur kennenlernen, sondern bewusst erleben und selbst anwenden möchten.

In einem persönlichen Rahmen mit maximal 10 Teilnehmenden führt die Gründerin von Kanoa Tea durch die Welt des japanischen Tees.

Begleitet wird der Workshop von einem Teebauern aus Shizuoka, der Einblicke aus erster Hand in Anbau und Herkunft gibt.

Im Mittelpunkt stehen Gyokuro und Matcha – darunter GABA Gyokuro sowie handgepflückter Hon-Gyokuro, einer der exklusivsten und seltensten Grüntees Japans.

Sie erfahren, warum Gyokuro als König der Grüntees gilt, und lernen Schritt für Schritt, wie Sie hochwertigen japanischen Tee einfach, präzise und genussvoll in Ihren Alltag integrieren können.

Der Workshop ist bewusst praxisnah gestaltet: Sie bereiten die Tees selbst zu, verkosten unterschiedliche Qualitäten und erhalten persönliche Hinweise.

Der direkte Austausch mit der Gründerin von Kanoa Tea und die Präsenz des Teebauern machen diesen Workshop zu einer intensiven und persönlichen Erfahrung.

This workshop is designed for anyone who would like not only to learn about Japanese tea, but to experience it mindfully and apply it in everyday life.

In an intimate setting with a maximum of 10 participants, the founder of Kanoa Tea will guide you through the world of Japanese tea. The workshop is accompanied by a tea farmer from Shizuoka, who will share first-hand insights into cultivation, harvest, and origin.

The focus is on Gyokuro and Matcha, including GABA Gyokuro as well as hand-picked Hon Gyokuro—one of Japan’s most exclusive and rare green teas.

You will learn why Gyokuro is considered the king of green teas and be guided step by step on how to prepare high-quality Japanese tea with precision, ease, and enjoyment, and how to integrate it into your daily routine.

The workshop is intentionally hands-on: you will prepare the teas yourself, taste different quality levels, and receive personal guidance. The direct exchange with the founder of Kanoa Tea and the presence of the tea farmer make this workshop a deeply personal and immersive experience.
