This December, we’re delighted to welcome the wonderful Chef Gianna and her daughter Maya, from Cooking Experience in Puglia, whose culinary talent has been celebrated by The New York Times, The Guardian, and Le Monde.

Chef Gianna will host three intimate, hands-on cooking classes where guests will discover the authentic flavours and traditions of Southern Italy. From handmade pasta to beloved regional dishes, you’ll cook, learn, and taste alongside one of Puglia’s most inspiring chef.

The Menu:

Starter:

🥖 Focaccia – Focaccia Pugliese with fresh tomatoes and oregano

Main:

🍝 Orecchiette – Orecchiette pasta with cime di rape and anchovies or fresh tomato

🥩 Bombette Leccesi – Pork neck rolls stuffed

Dessert:

🍰 Il dolce della domenica “La crostata della nonna” - A traditional pastry with jam
