Evy's Coffee and Mat Pilates Bridal Shower

Join me in celebrating what has defined my bridal era the most: PILATES and my Daily Ouchies! Take a quick class and grab coffee from Buena Vibra before heading to work!

COST? This class is completely free as a thank you to all my girlies that have been with me throughout the years, cheering me on and watching me grow! The messages, calls, and even well wishes and vibes you sent via Instagram and in-person will always mean something to me. We have now come full circle and we are in the winning season!

HOW HARD WILL IT BE? This is open invite to whoever would like to join; class expertise level will be medium BUT Noorhan (our lovely instructor) always provides modifications and invites you to take them. If it's your first time, it is a great chance for you to try pilates for the first time in a place surrounded by good vibes and friends. If you are seasoned, Noorhan will find a way to make it ouch!

WHAT DO I BRING? Yourself and a cute outfit! (I am partial to pink and pastels, but bring whatever you want). Everything will be provided for you: mat, towels, equipment and coffee by Buena Vibra Cafe. As a take-home gift, you will be given Third Space Studio socks to take with you! There are also showers at Third Space, so you can get ready there and then head to work.

PARKING. Third Space Studios faces Allen Parkway. There is a lot in the back (accross from Clarkwood) where you can park your car. If full, you can find free street parking or paid street parking. You can arrive at venue as early as 7:15 AM.
