EVOLVE Learning from Leaders presents Cradle to Career: Tomorrow’s Talent Strategy Today! — a timely conversation about how the decisions we make today can shape the strength of our workforce tomorrow.
Tomorrow’s workforce is shaped long before a young person enters the job market.
Join leaders from business, education, healthcare and community organizations as we explore how stronger partnerships can remove barriers, develop local talent pipelines and better prepare the next generation for lifelong success.
The conversation will look beyond simply preparing students for their first job. We’ll explore the connections between education, opportunity, workforce development and the support systems young people need along the way — and what employers and community leaders can do today to help build the talent our region will need tomorrow.
Walk away with practical ideas your organization can implement to strengthen both workforce development and community impact.
