In this class, with Dean Gunderson from Seed St. Louis and Terri Riutcel from Table to Garden, we will focus on everyone's favorite garden crop: tomatoes. We will cover everything from starting from seed, how to grow, dealing with pest and disease issues, trellising, seed saving, our favorite varieties, and everything else you need to know to grow your own tomatoes. Then we will take the next step and go over the best ways to store, preserve, and make the most use of your harvest. And of course, we will have some taste testing of some unique ways to use your bountiful tomato harvest.
