Each week, we’ll dance, sweat, and groove together while exploring how to make movement a sustainable part of your everyday lifestyle. No matter your age, experience, or fitness level, this class is about showing up, having fun, and building habits that last.

Info: All Guests are encouraged to arrive during this time. Guests who have already reserved AND paid will be asked to check in, and any guests who haven't reserved OR paid can also use this time to handle that.

Info: Great importance is placed on stretching because how else will our bodies be able to move? The first 30min of every class is dedicated to Welcoming new and returning guests as well as warming up our bodies so that they may serve us better.
