What to expect

🏃 18:00PM – Social 5K Run
We'll head out for a relaxed 5K from the gym. This is a social-paced run with a no one left behind approach, making it perfect for all abilities. Come along, meet new people, and enjoy running as part of a supportive group.

🤝 Connect & Socialise
Stick around after the session to chat with fellow runners, meet the Everlast Gyms team, and connect with people who share your interest in fitness, health, and wellbeing.

Who can attend?

Everyone is welcome. This event is open to both Everlast Gyms members and non-members, so feel free to bring a friend along.

• Comfortable running clothing and trainers
