Weekly pace groups, typically covering 7:30 to 10:30 min/mile, so there’s a group for everyone.
Qualified run leaders, all our leaders have completed or are completing England Athletics LiRF training.
Friendly, inclusive atmosphere, whether you’re training for a race or just running for fitness.
