Are you planning a sports event or a small festival but not sure where to start? This Event Planning Workshop provides a resource and training package to running a safe and successful community event or programme.
Here's what we'll cover during the workshop:
💭 Dream it - You have a great idea, what to do next, who else might be interested, setting objectives.
📝 Plan it - Resources, funding, budgeting, organising team, volunteers, venues, admin, accessibility and inclusion, sustainability and waste management, health and safety, promotions evaluations.
✅ Run it - On the day checklists, trouble shooting, recording.
📈 Review it - Feedback, reflection, reporting.
Limited spots available – Registration is essential. $35 per person.
