Check vaccines off your to-do list — without taking time off work! Lorain County Public Health is hosting evening vaccine clinics to make it easy for kids and adults to stay protected. We recommend scheduling a vaccine appointment to make sure you get a spot. Walk-ins are welcome if there’s time available.
Bring with you:
-Vaccine record: Request a record of past vaccines (no cost) at bit.ly/vaccinerecordrequest
-Photo ID
-Health insurance card (if insured)
-Children under 18 must come with a parent or legal guardian. If another adult (18 or older) brings them, we need a note from the parent or guardian.
Payment:
-No child is turned away for inability to pay.
-We bill most private insurances, Medicaid and Medicare. Call your insurance company for details.
-Cash, check, and VISA or MasterCard are also accepted.
Vaccines help prevent illnesses that have serious potential effects, such as cancer, pneumonia, blindness, deafness, or even death. Vaccines can prevent or minimize the worst effects of illnesses and reduce the spread to people at the highest risk.
