Join us for Chair Yoga on Thursdays at 11 a.m.Curious about Chair Yoga? It is a gentle form of yoga performed while seated, or with the aid of a chair. Stretch a little or stretch a lot. How far you extend each move is up to you! How much you use the chair is also up to you, but the great thing is that it's always there if you need it to help balance yourself.
FREE; No registration required.
There will be no Chair Yoga class on September 18th, October 2nd, and November 27th.
